In Jewish literature, the Temple was a portal connecting heaven and earth. They called it the “navel of the earth” and the “gateway to heaven” (Jub 8:19; 1 Enoch 26:1). In this episode Mike brings the revelation that when Jesus mentioned "heaven and earth" passing away, He was referencing the destruction of the Jewish temple in 70 AD. John saw the New Heaven and the New Earth coming down in Revelation 21. He was seeing in vision the true temple that God is building now in Kaikohe and in the world today.

In Jerusalem, when Jesus died, the light went out in the temple. In the New Covenant we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and the Light is within us.
